Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or over to submit a profile to the directory. By submitting, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Content standards

All profiles must meet the following standards:

• Accurately represent yourself and your work
• Use your own photograph as a headshot — not someone else's image or an AI-generated image
• Contain no offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
• Not be used for advertising, spam, or purposes unrelated to creative work

Moderation

• All submissions are reviewed before publication. There is no guarantee of approval.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile at our discretion.
• If your profile is reported, we may investigate and take action including removal.
• Removed profiles and rejected submissions are permanently deleted after 30 days.

Purpose of the directory

Callboard is a directory for discovering and connecting with emerging creative talent. It is a tool for collaboration and networking — not an employment agency or contracting platform. We do not facilitate payments, contracts, or formal employment relationships.

Contact messages

The contact form allows directory users to reach listed creatives. Messages are forwarded via email. Your email address is shared with the recipient so they can reply directly. We are not responsible for the content of messages or any resulting interactions.

Limitation of liability

Callboard is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of listings, or the quality of connections made through the directory. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the directory after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
